The heat sealing temperature directly affects the heat sealing strength of the heat shrinkable film. In the process of packaging or bag making, if the heat sealing temperature is not set properly or adjusted improperly, the following two situations will occur.
1. When the thermal seal temperature is too high, exceeding the thermal shrinkage temperature of the materials on the heat-shrinkable film surface, the film body will shrink and deform, leading to shrinkage film and thermal seal adhesion occurs between the knives and the hot sealing edge material melts and extrudes, causing root cutting.
2. When the heat sealing temperature is too low, there will be bad heat sealing.
