Workshop

Equipped with premium Italian die heads, our setup meticulously controls film thickness. With 32-36 bolts on the die head and in synergy with the NDC thickness gauge, we minimize thickness variation to a remarkable precision of ±1 micrometer.

Advanced cooling techniques: Utilizing water cooling on the outside and wind cooling on the inside of the tube blank ensures rapid cooling, enhancing clarity beyond the competition.

Our production capabilities feature two 5-layer 2400mm JINMING lines and three 3-layer 2200mm JINMING lines.
This allows us to offer a diverse range of film thickness options, width , as well as properties like tensile strength, tear resistance, COF, seal strength, haze, and gloss.

WHAT TEMPERATURE DOES POF SHRINK AT?

DO I NEED SPECIAL VENTILATION FOR POF?

HOW THICK MUST THE SKIN PACK FILM BE?
