Equipped with an Italian die head capable of precise thickness control, our 32-36 bolt setup, alongside the NDC thickness gauge, minimizes film thickness errors to a mere ±1 mic.

Utilizing both water cooling outside and wind cooling inside the tube blank, our process swiftly cools the tube, a key factor behind our film's unmatched clarity.

Our facility features two 5-layer 2400mm and three 3-layer 2200mm JINMING lines, offering
a diverse selection of film thicknesses, width , tensile, tear, COF, seal strength, haze, and gloss properties.
