Our state-of-the-art Italian die head can effectively control film thickness, featuring 32-36 bolts in conjunction with an NDC thickness gauge, reducing thickness error to a mere ±1 mic.

The innovative combination of water cooling outside the tube blank and wind cooling inside ensures rapid cooling, which significantly enhances the film's clarity compared to others.

With two 5-layer 2400mm JINMING lines and three 3-layer 2200mm JINMING lines, our production facilities ensure
a broad spectrum of thickness options for our films, variable widths, and superior tensile strength, tear resistance, COF, seal strength, haze, and gloss.

A centrefold roll features shrink film that's folded and rolled, providing an open and closed side upon unwinding, optimizing packing efficiency, especially when utilizing an L sealer.

WHAT IS SINGLE WIND OR LAY FLAT?

This refers to a roll of film wound in a single layer, commonly used for flow wrapping machines or various automated packaging systems.

CAN I PRINT ON POF?

Absolutely, printing on POF is feasible. However, it's recommended for high-volume production lines to ensure efficiency.

WHAT TEMPERATURE DOES POF SHRINK AT?

POF generally shrinks at approximately 150°C. Achieving the ideal shrink requires careful control of the tunnel's heat, length, speed, and the specific packaging requirements.

DO I NEED SPECIAL VENTILATION FOR POF?

While POF Shrink Film itself doesn't require special ventilation, it's crucial to ensure that the heat tunnel is adequately ventilated for optimal performance and safety.

HOW THICK MUST THE SKIN PACK FILM BE?

In general, the thickness of the skin pack film should correspond to the weight of the item. For heavier items, a thicker film is recommended to ensure maximum protection and durability.
