Workshop

Equipped with an Italian die head, our process ensures precise control over film thickness. Featuring 32-36 bolts and paired with an NDC thickness gauge, errors in film thickness are minimized to an impressive ±1 mic.

Our advanced cooling system, which incorporates both water cooling outside and wind cooling inside the tube blank, ensures rapid cooling. This is the key to achieving superior film clarity over competitors.

With two 5-layer 2400mm JINMING lines and three 3-layer 2200mm JINMING lines,
our films offer a wide selection of thickness, width , as well as tensile, tear, COF, seal strength, haze, and gloss characteristics.

Sealing can be achieved through numerous methods, ranging from simple bar sealers, L sealers, to automated systems like continuous side seal and flow wrappers.

WHAT IS A CENTREFOLD ROLL?

A centrefold roll refers to shrink film that is folded and rolled, creating an open and closed side upon unwinding. This technique enhances packing efficiency when using an L sealer.

WHAT IS SINGLE WIND OR LAY FLAT?

Single wind, or lay flat film, refers to a roll wound in a single layer, ideal for flow wrapping machines and other automated systems.

CAN I PRINT ON POF?

Indeed, printing on POF is possible and recommended, especially for high-volume production lines.

WHAT TEMPERATURE DOES POF SHRINK AT?

POF generally shrinks around 150 degrees C. Controlling the tunnel's heat, length, speed, and the type of pack ensures optimal shrink results.

DO I NEED SPECIAL VENTILATION FOR POF?

While the POF film itself doesn't require special ventilation, ensuring proper ventilation for the heat tunnel is essential. The heat tunnel's optimal performance and safety depend on adequate air circulation, making your packaging process efficient and effective.

HOW THICK MUST THE SKIN PACK FILM BE?

The thickness of the skin pack film is crucial and generally correlates with the weight of the item being packaged. For heavier items, a thicker film is recommended to provide the necessary support and protection during handling and transportation.
