Workshop

Equipped with a die head from Italy, our production setup allows for precise control over film thickness. With 32--36 bolts set on the die head, paired with an NDC thickness gauge, we've reduced the film's thickness error to a precise ±1 mic.

Employing a combination of water cooling outside and wind cooling inside the tube blank, we ensure rapid cooling of the tube. This technique is a key reason for our film's superior clarity compared to others.

Our production capabilities include two 5-layer 2400mm JINMING lines and three 3-layer 2200mm JINMING lines,
enabling a wide selection of film thicknesses, width , as well as optimal tensile, tear, COF, seal strength, haze, and gloss properties.

WHAT TEMPERATURE DOES POF SHRINK AT?

Typically, POF shrinks at approximately 150 degrees Celsius. Achieving the perfect shrink involves carefully controlling tunnel heat, tunnel length, speed through the tunnel, and the type of pack being covered.

DO I NEED SPECIAL VENTILATION FOR POF?

While the POF film itself doesn't require special ventilation, it's essential to ensure that your heat tunnel is adequately ventilated. Proper ventilation in the heat tunnel is crucial to maintain optimal operation and safety standards.

HOW THICK MUST THE SKIN PACK FILM BE?

In general, the weight of the item determines the required thickness of the skin pack film. Heavier items necessitate a thicker film to provide enhanced protection and durability, ensuring the integrity of your packaging.
