Our facility is equipped with an advanced Italian die head, meticulously controlling film thickness with an impressive 32-36 bolts working harmoniously with an NDC thickness gauge, ensuring film thickness variance is minimized to an astounding ±1 mic.

By utilizing both external water cooling and internal wind cooling of the tube blank, we ensure rapid cooling, a crucial factor in achieving our film's superior clarity over competing products.

Our state-of-the-art facility features two 5-layer 2400mm JINMING lines in conjunction with three 3-layer 2200mm JINMING lines, enabling
our films to provide a diverse array of thickness options, width , along with exceptional tensile strength, tear resistance, a controlled coefficient of friction, reliable seal strength, reduced haze, and enhanced gloss.
