Workshop
Die head from Italy , can effective control the thickness of film.. 32--36bolts set on the Die head , worked with NDC thickness gauge, reduced the error of film's thickness to ±1mic.
Water colding outside the tube blank and wind colding inside the tube blank together , can assure tube cold quickly .That is the main reason why our film's clarity is better than others.
Four 5 layers 2700mm and 3600mm JINMING lines and Three 3layers 2200mm JINMING lines can make
our films have wide range to select on their thickness, width , Tensile,Tear ,COF , Seal Strength ,Haze and Gloss..

Established in 2005 Yu Long Packing Co., Ltd specializes in marketing, production and distribution of shrink film for today's demanding soft packing industry.
Our sales office is located east of Beijing city center and approximately 25 kilo from Beijing. Our state of the factory is located in beautiful Jining city in majestic Shandong province (the home of Confucius) and covers a area of 32000 square meters. This modern facility consists of a fully technologically enhanced workshop, computer assisted intelligent storage and distribution facility, R&D center, operation center and various other facilities. Our closest and most convenient sea port is the world-renowned Qingdao Port from where we export most of our products to the rest of the world.
Our current production facility consists of 4 X five-layer and 3 X three layer coesxtrusion production lines with a annual production capability of more than 6000 tons. In addition, Yu Long Packing imported NDC precision thickness control measurement systems from USA, a Gas Chromatograph and Universal film tensile testing machine from Japan, we also invested heavily in equipment to assist in the controlling, monitoring and detection proses during manufacture. In total we invested in more than 20 individual systems to assist in making sure we manufacture a state of the art product the first-time round, assuring 100% customer satisfaction.
