45Gague Transparent Polyolefin Shrink Wrapping Film for Packaging Protective Materials
Polyolefin shrink film,
its material contains LLDPE,polypropylene(pp). LLDPE as middle,pp as inside and outside; it's made by three extrusion plastify machines. POF shrink film is used by coordinating with the shrinking machine.when the shrinking machine start to work, POF shrink film start to come up shrinkage, then cling to goods or goods package.
Polyolefin shrink films are invariably offered as multi-layer complexes. These layers comprise polyethylene and polypropylene in various forms. At the premium end of the shrink film market, irradiation is used and gives the material particularly strong seal and puncture and tear resistance characteristics.

Die head from Italy , can effective control the thickness of film.. 32--36bolts set on the Die head , worked with NDC thickness gauge, reduced the error of film's thickness to ±1mic.
