Equipped with an Italian die head that expertly controls film thickness, featuring 32-36 bolts on the die head working in tandem with an NDC thickness gauge, reducing film thickness variance to an impressive ±1 mic.

Utilizing both water cooling outside and wind cooling inside the tube blank ensures rapid cooling, which is the key factor behind our film's superior clarity compared to others.

Our facility boasts two 5-layer 2400mm JINMING lines and three 3-layer 2200mm JINMING lines, enabling
our films to offer a broad range of thickness options, width , tensile strength, tear resistance, coefficient of friction, seal strength, haze, and gloss.

HOW IS THE SHRINK FILM SEALED?

Sealing the pack can be achieved in multiple ways, from a simple bar sealer to an L sealer, extending to automated machines like continuous side sealers and flow wrappers.

WHAT IS A CENTREFOLD ROLL?

Shrink film is often folded and rolled so that upon unwinding, it has one open and one closed side. This design enhances packing efficiency when using an L sealer.

WHAT IS SINGLE WIND OR LAY FLAT?

This term refers to a film roll wound in a single layer, suitable for flow wrapping machines or various other automated systems.

CAN I PRINT ON POF?

Absolutely, printing on POF is possible and is recommended for high-volume lines.

WHAT TEMPERATURE DOES POF SHRINK AT?

Typically, POF shrinks at around 150 degrees Celsius. Achieving the perfect shrink requires precise control of tunnel heat, tunnel length, speed through the tunnel, and the type of package being covered.

DO I NEED SPECIAL VENTILATION FOR POF?

While the Polyolefin film itself does not necessitate any special ventilation, it is crucial to ensure that the heat tunnel is adequately ventilated. Proper ventilation in the heat tunnel ensures optimal safety and performance during the wrapping process.

HOW THICK MUST THE SKIN PACK FILM BE?

The thickness of the skin pack film is generally determined by the weight of the item being packaged. As a rule of thumb, the heavier the item, the thicker the film should be. This ensures enhanced protection and secure packaging.
